Free shipment is available for any location within the contiguous United States. The products will typically ship within 2 days of the original order placement, and tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

 

Return and Cancellation Policy

We are confident that you will love your new Powerfit® chair. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase up to 90 days after the ship date, no questions asked. There will be a fee of $149 deducted from the full purchase price for shipping and handling.

If you are dissatisfied in any way, please reach out to returns@powerfitchair.com or give us a call at 800-729-6670. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

If you still need to return, the chair must be in its original packaging, and will only be accepted with a valid return authorization number obtained by reaching out to the email or number above. We will then send a shipping label, which you can attach to the original packaging for the chair. Please have the package ready for pick up at the original shipping location. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days of the original ship date.

To cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will issue a full refund immediately. If your order has shipped, your refund will be processed as soon as we receive notification that the chair has been received back by our warehouse.
